So - how does this work?
Firstly, we'll consult with you and get a clear and detailed idea of your "wants" - i.e. your "MUST HAVE" and your "NICE TO HAVES". Then, on a regular weekly basis, we'll research potential properties that might be of interest to you. This research will include a deep trawl through online property portals and websites, and where necessary, telephone discussions with estate agents and brokers who are promoting each property. At the end of each week, we'll draft for you a shortlist of properties (and agent contact numbers) that we genuinely believe would suit your needs best. You simply then call the agent for each short-listed property and arrange directly with them a convenient viewing time. The benefit to you? Potentially - a massive saving in time, energy and money.
