- Assessing and advising landlords on rental potential for properties
- Business Development. Ability to generate new business
- Taking on and handling new instructions and communicating our terms of business
- Handling the negotiation and ‘offers’ between landlord and applicant(s)
- Compiling property descriptions to load to our website and property portals that we partner with
- Showing/viewing property with potential applicant(s)
- Answering general queries from landlord(s) and applicant(s)
- Facilitating the smooth transaction of contracts
- Coordination of agreements and sales paperwork
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to grow the lettings function
- Contributing ideas to continuously improve service levels
| | Skills / Qualifications | - Full clean driving licence
- Excellent communication skills- spoken and written
- UK/EU passport or a work permit
- Good computer and keyboard skills
- Flexibility to work long hours when needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Focussed and driven person who is ambitious
- A passion for delivering quality customers services
- Lettings experience – a benefit, but not essential
- Previous estate agency experience – a benefit, but not essential
- Foreign language/s – a benefit, but not essential
